This Thursday and Friday, we’ll be in Markham for The Power of Primary Care Summit, AFHTO’s annual gathering of the people who keep team-based primary care running in Ontario. More than 600 primary care leaders and clinicians will be there, and we’re looking forward to meeting as many of you as we can.
This year’s theme is attachment, the push to connect every Ontarian to primary care. It’s a goal we believe in.
